LambdaLoop

Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using LambdaLoop ("the Software"), a product of bobbycodes.dev operated by Dykes Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.

2. The Software

LambdaLoop is a local development tool that lets developers run, test, and debug AWS Lambda functions on their own machines. The open-source CLI is provided under an MIT + Commons Clause license, which permits free use, modification, and distribution for your own projects but restricts reselling the Software itself as a product.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the open-source LambdaLoop CLI. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software as a competing product.

4. Paid Plans

Pro and Team plans, when available, provide additional hosted features. Fees are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary and are not a purchase of a product or service. Donations are non-refundable and support ongoing development of LambdaLoop.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LambdaLoop to test or run any code that is malicious, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the code you test and the content you deploy.

7. No Warranty

LambdaLoop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall bobbycodes.dev, Dykes Ventures LLC, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, LambdaLoop. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer

LambdaLoop is a development tool provided to assist developers. It does not guarantee that your functions will perform correctly in the AWS production environment. You remain responsible for testing and verifying your deployments in your actual environment.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
